In this new year, ACE is excited to launch new Mommy & Me classes!
Our dynamic, fun-filled Mommy & Me classes are designed to integrate 2-3 year olds into a school setting through games, songs, art, and interactive activities.
Children will develop socially and grow in both confidence and independence as they prepare for preschool… while parents have the opportunity to get out of the house, network with other parents, and experience first-hand interactions with the Academy staff. Parental involvement is essential for the full benefit of these classes, so tell your friends or bring your little ones to Mommy & Me!
Mommy & Me will meet on Fridays from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. beginning January 5th, at a cost of $100 per month.

ACE is honored to have collected dozens of NEW hats, gloves, and mittens for the homeless shelters in Fairfax County. The APL also supported ACE’s Management Company, Bernstein Management, through their participation in the Feel Better Bears campaign by collecting stuffed animals for the Dr. Bear’s Closet program to be given to patients at Children’s National. Through this initiative, ACE families donated almost 50 stuffed animals to go to children this Christmas season.
Items were collected throughout the month of December. Hats, gloves, and mittens were delivered to the Embry Rucker shelter in Reston and the Fairfax County Hypothermia Centers and stuffed animals were taken to Children’s National.
Thank you to the many families who contributed and helped warm the hearts and hands of those in our community this holiday season.
